Social Events. (throughout the summer)

In addition to the academic program, there will also be a number of university-wide social events organized over the summer specifically designed to introduce summer researchers to each other and to St. Louis.

The CSE Department also has weekly Tea Time, Happy Hours, and soccer, as well as occasional BBQs which REU students are encouraged to attend.

Ramp up your computing mojo with hands-on mini crash courses. Pick and choose based on your background and summer project. Monday & Friday in Bryan 509C. Wednesday & Thursday in Sever 201.

Every year, the Department of Computer Science & Engineering recruits undergraduates for its 11-week summer research program. Our Summer Program is an excellent way to get involved in cutting-edge research, to find out what it's like to be a graduate student, and get paid for it.
